Join Toby Carvery in Exeter as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice and become the friendly face of hospitality. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, communicating effectively with the team, and adhering to brand standards. No prior experience is needed; a warm and helpful attitude is key. You will work towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, including functional skills in English and Maths if required. Training is delivered through work-based learning with regular check-ins from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor.
