About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years, seeking to advance their careers. The role involves providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun for children, supporting their development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources. Responsibilities also include preparing food, assisting children with self-help needs, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm, adhering to safeguarding rules, and undertaking First Aid and other required training. All Health and Hygiene requirements must be consistently met.
