About the role

Become a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice and support the daily operations of a pharmacy. This role involves assisting customers, working with the pharmacy team, and maintaining efficient service. You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support. Key duties include serving customers at the medicines counter, preparing and supplying prescriptions under supervision, managing stock and records, using pharmacy systems, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior pharmacy experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
