About the role

Support the day-to-day running of a pharmacy, assisting customers and the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service. This role involves completing a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support. Key duties include supporting customers at the medicines counter, preparing and supplying prescriptions under supervision, handling stock, using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic IT skills are also required. No prior pharmacy experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
