About the role
Become an Apprentice Chef with Shire Horse (Stafford) and Chef and Brewer. This role focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will learn to maintain hygiene and safety regulations, communicate effectively with your team, and stay updated on new menus and promotions. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach and in-workplace mentoring. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy to develop expert knowledge and technical skills in various cooking areas. Upon completion, you can progress your career within Greene King's extensive brands.
