About the role
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader with Greene King, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring every dish is served with pride. You will also support and guide the kitchen team, deputise for the Kitchen Manager when required, and ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are met. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. This role offers the chance to further your career within Greene King's well-known brands.
