About the role

Join Darrington as an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader and gain valuable experience in the hospitality sector. This role focuses on leading kitchen operations, preparing and presenting food to high standards, and supporting the kitchen team. You'll also deputise for the Kitchen Manager, ensure food safety and hygiene, and monitor stock levels. The apprenticeship includes leadership development and a focus on customer care. As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you will prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, support and guide the kitchen team, and deputise for the Kitchen Manager when required. You will also ensure all food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards are met, and monitor stock levels for efficient service.
