About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Urban Heritage, you will develop a passion for food and learn to create the perfect dish. You'll maintain high standards and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Urban Heritage pubs offer a blend of traditional character and modern style, focusing on premium drinks and a menu that balances classic and contemporary dishes. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to customer expectations, maintaining hygiene and safety regulations, communicating effectively with the team, and staying updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, functional skills in English and maths if needed, and regular reviews. You'll also join a Chef Academy with masterclasses to enhance your culinary skills.
