About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Community Pubs, you will prepare, cook, and present food, maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, communicate clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals on time, and keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach, as well as a workplace mentor. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses within the Chef Academy to learn expert knowledge and technical skills in different areas of cooking.
