About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Community Pubs, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. You'll ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience. Your creativity and organisational skills can bring communities closer together. You will provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience, deputise for the management team, help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, and ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean. We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail, who can be a role model, think on their feet, and has a positive can-do attitude. This is a work-based apprenticeship with no need to attend college, including Functional Skills in English and Maths if required. Reviews will be held every 12 weeks.
