About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Greene King, you'll develop a passion for food and learn to prepare, cook, and present dishes to meet high standards. You will maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, communicate effectively with your team, and stay updated on menus and promotions. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, along with workplace mentorship. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy, gaining expert knowledge in different cooking areas.
