About the role
This Kitchen Team Lead Apprenticeship with Mare & Colt (Summerfield) offers a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills in a vibrant hospitality setting. As an apprentice, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will also support and guide the kitchen team, deputise for the Kitchen Manager, and maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, with regular support from a dedicated Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression within Greene King's diverse brands.
