About the role
As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice with Hungry Horse, you will be the face of the company, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, offering recommendations, preparing and presenting drinks, serving food, and maintaining a safe and clean bar area. You will develop skills in customer service, drink preparation, and teamwork. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, with remote sessions and a workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.
