About the role
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading kitchen teams and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, support and guide the kitchen team during busy shifts, and deputise for the Kitchen Manager when required. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are met, and monitoring stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a commitment to high standards. This apprenticeship offers valuable work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor, with opportunities for career progression within Greene King.
