About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Chef and Brewer, you will be responsible for leading front of house teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving a positive atmosphere within the pub. Your role will involve deputizing for the management team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring the bar operates safely and efficiently. You will be a role model for the team, providing great service and a warm welcome to all customers. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain functional skills in English and Maths if required.
