About the role
Become an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader at Globe Inn (Linslade) and take on a leadership role within the kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, as well as supporting and guiding the kitchen team during busy shifts. This role also involves deputising for senior chefs, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met, and monitoring stock levels.
As part of this apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience and develop strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to bring communities closer through your creativity and organisational abilities, contributing to the lively atmosphere of a Community Pub, backed by Greene King's heritage.
