About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Community Pubs, you will lead front of house teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to community engagement through events. You will deputise for management, resolve issues, and coordinate team shifts. Key responsibilities include providing memorable customer service, acting as a role model, thinking on your feet, and maintaining a positive attitude.
