About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef at Toby Carvery in Newbury. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen, and contributing to a positive team environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, including a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. The role involves work-based training with remote check-ins and in-workplace mentorship. Successful candidates will gain a nationally recognised qualification, with potential for further progression to higher-level apprenticeships and career advancement within Mitchells & Butlers, a leading restaurant and pub company.
