About the role
This Chef Apprenticeship with Harvester offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef Apprentice, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring high levels of quality and safety. You will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to outstanding food and service. The apprenticeship includes preparation for a Production Chef Level 2 qualification, with work-based training and remote support. You'll gain practical skills, functional skills in English and Maths (if needed), and receive regular reviews. Upon completion, there are excellent opportunities for career progression within Mitchells and Butlers, including higher-level apprenticeships and potential promotion to Head Chef.
