About the role

Join Pine Marten in Harrogate as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice and become the friendly face our guests remember. This role, requiring applicants to be 18 or over due to independent alcohol sales, offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. You'll be responsible for welcoming and farewelling guests, providing personalised menu recommendations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. With over 13 brands and 1600 businesses under Mitchells and Butlers, the opportunities for learning and growth are immense. This 15-month apprenticeship includes work-based training, remote sessions with a dedicated coach, and on-the-job mentoring, leading to a nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Level 2 qualification. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.
