About the role

CREST MEDICAL LTD is seeking an Apprentice Warehouse Operative in Warrington. This role involves accurate and efficient completion of daily warehouse tasks, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulations and the Quality Management System. Duties include order picking with attention to Lot numbers and expiry dates, quality checking, packing goods, and moving stock to dispatch. The apprentice will also handle Forklift Truck (FLT) duties if trained, including safe operation, logging, and accurate stock put-away. Responsibilities extend to Goods In processes, including checking deliveries, putting stock away safely, and maintaining traceability. Adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is crucial, involving temperature checks and ensuring proper documentation. The role also emphasizes Health & Safety compliance, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean work area. Stock count duties and general warehouse upkeep are also expected. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a good communicator, a team player with strong attention to detail, and customer-focused.
