About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a qualification in Early Years Childcare at Achievers Day Nursery. You will be responsible for interacting positively with children aged 0-5 years, contributing to their development and well-being. The role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure high standards of care and education, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, and supporting the key worker system. You will also help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The nursery has a strict no-smoking policy and preferences for candidates with a minimum of Level 4 in GCSE English and Maths. Upon successful completion of the Level 2 qualification, there is potential to progress to a Level 3 qualification, with ongoing development opportunities within the nursery.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above are desired.
