About the role

The successful candidate will complete a Foundation Apprenticeship in Catering & Hospitality. This hands-on role involves daily bakery production, assisting with breads, pastries, cakes, and savoury items. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, dough work, maintaining food hygiene standards, operating bakery tools, assisting with stock and deliveries, contributing ideas for product development, supporting the shop team with customer service, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced artisan environment.
