About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Farmhouse, you will be responsible for motivating front-of-house teams to provide excellent customer experiences. Your role will involve ensuring team members are knowledgeable and capable of delivering exceptional service. Beyond food and drink, you'll have the opportunity to use your creativity and organisational skills to foster a sense of community through events like quizzes and music nights. This apprenticeship focuses on work-based training with remote support from a Lifetime Learner Coach, rather than traditional college attendance. Upon completion, you will have gained valuable experience in hospitality supervision and customer service.
