Join Iford Bridge Tavern - Bournemouth as a Chef Apprentice and kickstart your career in the vibrant hospitality industry. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining practical experience and a nationally recognized qualification. This work-based training includes face-to-face sessions and remote support from a Lifetime Learner Coach, alongside in-workplace mentoring. Upon completion, there are further progression opportunities within Mitchells and Butlers.
