No prior experience is necessary; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. The apprenticeship includes training towards a Production Chef Level 2 standard, functional skills in English and Maths if needed, and ongoing support from experienced chefs and a dedicated Learner Coach. Successful apprentices will gain a nationally recognised qualification and contribute to creating quality dining experiences for guests.
