About the role

As an Apprentice Support Worker at Chaseley Trust, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with severe physical disabilities. This role involves assisting residents with personal care, maintaining their rooms and belongings, and supporting them during meal times. You will also be responsible for recording observations, engaging in activities, and upholding residents' privacy, dignity, choice, and consent. Full support will be given throughout the apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above. Desired attributes include strong communication skills, teamwork, a caring and can-do attitude, trustworthiness, accountability, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
