About the role
Balfour Beatty is seeking Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineers for their 2027 Early Careers programme in Motherwell. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience on significant UK infrastructure projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and development of technical and professional skills. You will gain real-world experience that complements academic studies and contribute to a supportive early careers community, working towards industry-recognised qualifications. As a Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, working across both site and office environments. You will develop a strong understanding of engineering principles, design processes, project delivery, and asset management, contributing to activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Entry requirements
- A minimum of four SQA Highers at BBBC, including Maths (Higher Application of Maths not accepted).
