About the role
Join SWIFTPAK LIMITED as an Operations/ Warehouse Apprentice in Reading. This role will involve supporting the Operations & Logistics department with a focus on the receipt and management of goods. Key responsibilities include checking deliveries for accuracy and quality, maintaining accurate stock counts, accurate processing of goods through the in-house computer system, operating a Flexi Forklift, and handling the loading/unloading of goods. You will also be involved in picking orders and potentially assisting with light deliveries if you are a driver. Training will include forklift operation and work towards a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Standard. This apprenticeship offers the potential for a permanent role upon successful completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 9-4 (A*-C), IT skills, Attention to detail, Team working, Proactive approach, Willing to learn. Candidates must be 18+ due to site insurance.
