About the role

Support the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided. Key duties include supporting customers at the medicines counter, assisting with prescription preparation and supply, handling stock, using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic IT skills are required. No previous pharmacy experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The apprenticeship typically lasts 15 months and is delivered through blended learning.
