About the role
Join Miller and Carter, a renowned steakhouse, as a Chef Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. No prior experience is required; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. This apprenticeship, over 15 months, will lead to a nationally recognised Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. Training is delivered through work-based learning, with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. You will also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.
