You will participate in masterclasses covering fish, poultry, red meat, pastry, and cake making, and gain insights by visiting suppliers and industry experts. Developing skills in food safety, stock management, and kitchen organization is a key part of this role. You'll work as part of a supportive team, building confidence in a fast-paced setting. Upon successful completion, apprentices will have the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship and explore clear career pathways towards Sous Chef and Head Chef roles within the expanding Inn Collection Group across their 31 UK sites.
