About the role
Join Oakford Social Club in Reading as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a culinary journey. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards. You'll work as part of a supportive team, contributing to outstanding food and service. The role involves ensuring kitchen cleanliness, managing stock, and adhering to all company policies and licensing laws. No prior experience is needed; a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking are essential. You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with all training delivered through work-based learning, including regular remote sessions with a Lifetime Learner Coach and workplace mentorship. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification and build a career in the hospitality industry.
