About the role
CHIN-CHIN INNS LTD is seeking a confident and friendly Commis Chef Apprentice to join their kitchen team in Little Somerford. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, have an eye for detail, and possess a positive attitude. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a company setting, allowing the apprentice to gain new skills alongside experienced staff. Duties include managing deliveries and stock control, general food and vegetable preparation, making cold sauces, preparing pastry and pudding items, and running the pastry section during service. Live-in accommodation may be available. The apprenticeship involves attending college one day per week, term-time only, at Bath College's City Centre Campus.
