About the role
Join Browns Brasserie and Bar as a Chef Apprentice and develop your culinary skills while gaining a qualification. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with the team, ensuring cleanliness and adhering to all company policies. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, along with workplace mentorship. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with the opportunity for ongoing support and development within Mitchells and Butlers, a leading restaurant and pub company.
