About the role
Step into a role where every day brings the chance to inspire, support, and nurture young learners aged 3+. As part of the Shine team, you’ll spark children’s curiosity through play, creativity, and active learning, while providing the care and stability they need to thrive.
Duties include motivating and stimulating children's learning, providing a secure and stimulating environment, organising resources, liaising with parents, acting as a Key Person, ensuring health and safety, complying with Ofsted requirements, and implementing Shine policies and procedures.
This role involves working during school holidays and may require travel across multiple settings. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for career progression to a Before/After-School Club Manager position.
