About the role
An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Chef to join a small, family-run business called Mustard. You will be working alongside experienced chefs preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including breakfast, brunch, and tapas. Key duties will involve food preparation, cooking, presentation, cleaning, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the planning and implementation of new dishes. This role also offers exposure to front-of-house operations. This apprenticeship requires a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking, with essential GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade E/2 or above.
