About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development through play, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's care routines and wellbeing, building positive relationships with children and parents, observing children's progress, promoting equality and inclusion, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures, and working as part of a team. No specific qualifications are required, but communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, analytical skills, teamwork, initiative, and being non-judgemental are desired.
