About the role

Join SRI ARYA HEALTHCARE LTD as a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Workington. This role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, assisting customers, and working with the pharmacy team to ensure a safe and efficient service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support. Key duties include customer service at the medicines counter, assisting with prescription preparation, stock management, using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior pharmacy experience is needed. The apprenticeship typically lasts 15 months.
