About the role
This 12-month fixed-term contract role is for a Program Manager within the Apprentice Programme Team (APT) at Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering apprenticeship and emerging talent projects across global regions. This includes managing all aspects of the apprenticeship journey from hiring and onboarding through to assessment and conversion into permanent roles. The role requires experience in project coordination, bringing order to complexity, and driving workstreams to resolution. You will be responsible for building and maintaining clear project documentation, fostering productive discussions with stakeholders, identifying and implementing process improvements, and tracking project health. The role is dynamic, involving problem-solving, running drop-in sessions, writing business reviews, and analyzing performance data.
Entry requirements
- Experience in program or project management, experience with Excel, project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
