About the role
An excellent opportunity to join Chaucer Foods as a Warehouse Operative Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience within a busy warehouse environment, learning stock control, goods receipt and dispatch, production supply, health and safety procedures, and warehouse systems while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties include loading and unloading goods, picking and replenishing stock, carrying out stock checks, updating warehouse paperwork and systems, moving stock safely, supporting waste management, following health and safety procedures, and maintaining housekeeping standards. You will work closely with colleagues and assist with various warehouse operations.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 2) and GCSE Maths (Grade 2). Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Logical, Team working.
