About the role

This apprenticeship offers a pathway into property maintenance, combining structured training with hands-on experience. Apprentices will attend Greenlight Training for four days a month to develop essential skills and industry knowledge. The remaining time will be spent on-site, assisting with general repairs, maintaining fixtures, and communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients. The role involves learning to interpret work instructions and specifications, ensuring safe tool and material handling, and fostering strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Upon completion, apprentices will be qualified Property Maintenance Operatives, with opportunities for self-employment or progression into managerial roles.
