As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will become an important part of the day-to-day running of the business. You will also learn about the construction industry, the services our client provides and how the different parts of the business work together. As you develop, you will be trusted with more responsibility and encouraged to build your independence, improve your skills and become a confident member of the team. We are looking for someone who has good written English and can communicate clearly and professionally, is organised and takes care to record information accurately, has good attention to detail and understands the importance of getting things right, is comfortable learning new systems, processes and ways of working, is a quick learner who asks questions, takes feedback on board and is keen to improve, has a positive attitude, a good work ethic and a willingness to get involved, is interested in understanding how a construction business operates, with an interest in the industry being a real advantage, and can work well with others and build positive working relationships with colleagues.
