About the role

As a Domiciliary Carer at New Living, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised, compassionate care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will assist individuals with a wide range of daily living activities, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key duties include assisting clients with personal hygiene, administering medication, supporting safe moving and handling, meal preparation, maintaining a clean environment, providing emotional support, and offering targeted support for clients with specific conditions.

On successful completion, there are opportunities to progress into Care Worker or Support Worker roles, with potential for further advancement to Senior Care Worker, Lead Adult Care Worker, or Team Leader positions with experience and training. The organization supports individuals with dementia, disabilities, mental health needs, and palliative care, fostering independence and quality of life.
