About the role

Join OCS Group as an IT Service Desk Apprentice in Glasgow and embark on a career in facilities management. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience with IT systems, including their job booking system 'Concept' and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing communications and supporting various IT functions. Additionally, you will assist the project team with estimating and tender processes and work to improve efficiency in contract management. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, looking to grow within a supportive and rapidly expanding organization.
