About the role

Embark on a career in the digital technology sector as a Digital Technology Apprentice with ForGood.Tech. This 36-month fixed-term apprenticeship offers a Level 6 Digital Technology Apprenticeship qualification, combining online learning with practical on-the-job training. You will provide essential first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV/BC, troubleshooting issues for a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing customer contact via multiple channels, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base. The role also provides exposure to project management, development, and consultancy teams within a growing organization dedicated to empowering non-profits. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in technology, with potential for a permanent role upon successful completion.
