About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef at Midland Hotel in Stockport, working with Premium Country Pubs. You will be trained to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You'll work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognized qualification. This is a full-time, work-based training program with regular reviews and support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor.
