Early Years Educator Apprentice

About the role

Little Forest Folk Chiswick is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Forest Nursery Educator Apprentice to join their team. This role involves providing a high standard of care for children aged 2-5 years in a fully outdoor setting. Key responsibilities include acting as a key person, supporting planning and observations, ensuring child safeguarding and wellbeing, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The apprenticeship offers a Level 3 Early Years qualification, along with benefits such as a completion bonus, loyalty bonus, day off on your birthday, uniform allowance, social events, and access to CPD training. Successful candidates will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, including a Level 3 Diploma and Paediatric First Aid. Enhanced DBS check is required.
