Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator

About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of children, and following safeguarding procedures.

Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at a pass grade. Desired is a GCSE in Early Years Practitioner. Key skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, numeracy, logic, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgment, and patience. Successful apprentices may progress to senior Early Years roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass).
