About the role

Join L A H EDUCATION LIMITED as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice in Stanmore. This 13-month apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work with children aged 0-5, gaining practical experience and working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years. You will be responsible for various childcare tasks, ensuring children's welfare, education, and needs are met. This role also involves liaising with parents and external customers to provide excellent service. The apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. You will receive support from a dedicated assessor and mentor, with 10 days of online training and the remainder of the time spent in the nursery setting. Successful completion may lead to a permanent position, room leader roles, management training, or further opportunities in primary education, paediatric nursing, or continuous development within the nursery.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Essential soft skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience. Non-judgemental attitude is also required.
